• you receive notifications about unknown devices or login attempts
• personal or business information is accessed without your permission

How We Can Help

• assistance with account access recovery procedures
• checking for suspicious sessions, devices and account changes
• limiting unauthorised access where permitted by the platform
• recommendations for passwords, two-factor authentication and additional security measures

Why It Is Important to Act Quickly

• a compromised account can be used to commit fraud in your name
• access to one account can put other linked services at risk
• personal or business information may be copied or distributed
• prolonged unauthorised access may make subsequent account recovery more difficult

We approach each case based on its specific circumstances and the information available, with the aim of identifying signs of compromise, assisting in restoring control and reducing the risk of a recurring incident.
